Hey guys I am just here to share some of my experience this far on my thrive by le-vel.
Below you will see each day on my social media short posts on THRIVE. There are pics and little things added to each pic for per day.
For today I just want to say for the passed few days on thrive I have woken up before my alarm, and I actually go to sleep when I am laying down for maybe 15 to 20 mins; that being said, I have suffered insomnia, most of my life! I say most because the only time I didn't feel insomnia is when I was a tired new mom I had to sleep so that sleep deprivation wasn't even there. lol
I will add day seven to my next blog post which will probably not be posted for a week or so!

Was feeling amazing this morning, each day I feel better! A little tired now but feeling fine. Day 3 and still no coffee...that is amazing, some days I would have 6 or more cups in a day! This is 3 days of none.
Sleeping better, waking up an hour before my alarm, not needing to hit the snooze button! YES! This is day 4 of my thrive experience and I am having some#impressive moments! Did you know I suffered insomnia most of my life? Still #nocoffee !! I took my capsules, waited 30 or so minutes and then my#candycaneshake, than after my shower I put on my#dftpatch! feeling pumped.
I might just walk to work today, it is gorgeous out! 💗<3 span="">3>
